We are a London-based investment company. As a privately owned and self-funded business, we have the advantage of independence. We are not constrained by the liquidity requirements, fundraising cycles, or exit pressures that govern many institutional investors. Instead, we invest our own capital, which affords us both the ability and the desire to act with a long-term perspective.

Our investment philosophy is centred around partnering with businesses that demonstrate strong fundamentals. We recognise that a quality management team is often the most important determinant of long-term success, and we place great emphasis on building enduring relationships with individuals who share our values of diligence and ambition.

We take a sector-agnostic approach, enabling us to evaluate opportunities across a broad range of industries. That said, we are generally drawn to asset-light businesses with resilient business models, sustainable margins, and clear opportunities for growth. Our investments typically take a controlling stake in a business, however we also look to support management buyouts where appropriate. In both cases, our role is to provide more than just capital: we aim to be a long-term partner, offering strategic guidance, support, and the stability that comes from investing our own capital free from investor demands.
